Swim lanes are useful for subdividing the nodes of a basemap into sub-processes or by personal or group responsibilities, as shown for instance in the staff recruitment map above.
MEERQAT has always had a functionality to incorporate swimlanes into basemaps, though this could only be implemented by the MEERQAT Team. Now, all users with editing access to their organisation’s basemaps can add and edit swimlanes. Detailed advice on how to do this is provided in the MEERQAT manual and online help pages.
Another feature that is now accessible to users is the ability to change the order of the node rating sequence of a basemap using an easy drag and drop interface. Instructions for doing this are also provided in the help manual and online help.
